Pierre Desgraupes
né le 18 décembre 1918 à Angoulême et mort le 16 août 1993 à Rueil-Malmaison, était un journaliste et dirigeant d’une chaîne de télévision français.
En 1959, il a été appelé par Pierre Lazareff pour participer avec Pierre Dumayet et Igor Barrère à l’émission d’information et de reportage, « Cinq colonnes à la une ». Il a poursuivi en même temps ses collaborations radiophoniques à RTF, puis comme producteur pour Radio Luxembourg et Europe no 1, et a travaillé aux quotidiens Paris-Presse et France-Soir.
En septembre 1969, le Premier ministre Jacques Chaban-Delmas l’a appelé à la direction de l’information de l’ORTF, à laquelle il a donné un puissant souffle de liberté vis-à-vis du pouvoir politique dans l’esprit de l’après-mai 68.

He continued his radio collaborations at RTF, then as a producer for Radio Luxembourg and Europe no 1, and worked at the daily newspapers Paris-Presse and France-Soir.
In September 1969, Prime Minister Jacques Chaban-SoirDelmas called him to the information department of the ORTF, to which he gave a powerful breath of freedom vis-à-vis political power in the spirit of the post-May 68.
