Louis Feuillade
est un réalisateur français de cinéma muet né le 19 février 1873 à Lunel (Hérault), et mort le 26 février 1925 à Nice
Travailleur acharné, il va réaliser en vingt ans environ huit cents courts et moyens métrages dont malheureusement plus des deux tiers ont aujourd'hui disparu.
En 1910, Louis Feuillade est l'un des inventeurs du feuilleton au cinéma avec sa série sur Bébé, joué par le jeune René Dary tout juste âgé de cinq ans et qui va tourner en trois ans près de 70 films ! Suivra, à partir de 1913, une autre série avec un enfant, Bout de Zan interprété par René Poyen.

In 1910, Louis Feuillade was one of the inventors of the soap opera in the cinema with his series on Baby, played by the young René Dary just five years old and who will shoot nearly 70 films in three years! From 1913, another series with a child, Bout de Zan played by René Poyen.
